Winfast BD (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated specifically for members in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Winfast BD website and all associated services.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus is in place.

Currency & Tax

Winfast BD processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Members are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings. Winfast BD does not deduct taxes.

Winfast BD offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, and members are encouraged to read them carefully before accepting any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement (wagering requirement) applies, and bonuses cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Each bonus has a set validity period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — refer to the relevant promotion page for full details.
• Holding multiple active bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted.

Bonus Abuse

Winfast BD actively works to prevent bonus abuse. The following actions are considered bonus abuse and may result in account termination:

• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts
• Claiming bonuses using false information
• Placing low-risk bets solely to withdraw bonus funds (bonus abuse)

All games on Winfast BD are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predetermined by anyone.

Betting Rules

• Each game has its own betting limits — with minimum and maximum bet amounts set accordingly.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, it will be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.

Live Casino

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a disconnection occurs due to a technical issue, the game outcome will be determined based on the server records.

Sports Betting

• All Sports Betting wagers will be settled based on the official results of the relevant event.
• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Winfast BD reserves the right to change odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winfast BD platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Multiple Accounts: A single individual operating multiple accounts.
• Fraud: Creating an account or conducting transactions using false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking or Software Manipulation: Unauthorized access to or tampering with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to play games or place bets.
• Using Another Member's Account: Operating another member's account.
• Promotion Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions through dishonest means.

Winfast BD reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• For extended periods of account inactivity
• At the member's own request
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. However, if the account is closed at the member's own request and no terms have been violated, the remaining balance will be refunded.

Any member may request account closure at any time. Please contact our support center to proceed.

• Games interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Transactions delayed due to third-party payment service providers.
• If the service is unavailable due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Any loss resulting from a member's negligent handling of their account information.
• In the event of service disruption caused by unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.

In all circumstances, Winfast BD's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

If a member is dissatisfied with any decision or transaction made by Winfast BD, they may raise a complaint through the following steps:

2. Email Complaints: If the issue is not resolved via live chat, send a detailed message to support@winfastbd.bet.
3. Formal Review: If your issue remains unresolved after email contact, our senior management team will review the complaint.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 business days. Winfast BD's final decision is binding.

Winfast BD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

• Updated terms take effect upon publication on the website.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may request to close their account.
